  • Due to the customised nature of our programs and services, refunds are not available once your program or coaching has commenced.

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Subscription-Based Services

  • Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle, and access to services will continue until the end of the current paid period.

3. One-Time Purchases

  • Refunds are available for unused services or programs within 14 days of purchase, provided no part of the service or program has been accessed, delivered, or utilised.
